Benefits of Dymatize ISO 100
This is a very simple whey protein like any other protein on the market. The brand name stands for quality, and this is a beneficial product.
The one thing that distinguishes this product from all the others on the market is hydrolyzed whey. This means it contains more protein per serving as compared to its competitors. Many people believe that it is pre-digested so that it will get very easily absorbed by your body.
The lactose content in the product is also minimal. It is only 0.5g per serving. This tiny amount will not cause any problem for people who are sensitive to lactose. Some people may question the presence of soy lecithin; however, we think that it is not going to affect your testosterone levels negatively.

Answer: It is a tiny bit salty, with 160 milligrams of sodium or 7 percent of the recommended daily intake, but if you’re consuming this around your workouts, you’ll probably need the extra salt. And it’s really not that much salt. Otherwise, there’s nothing much to say about the micronutrients.
Question: Which is the Best Flavour in Dymatize ISO 100?
Answer: The flavors that I have tried:
(1)Orange: Tastes great with mixed frozen berries, oatmeal, and avocados (which is not easy to do). Also, my kids love it by itself in a shaker with coconut milk.
(2)Fudge Brownie: Awesome taste by itself with milk but was just ok when blended with mixed berries, avocados, and oatmeal.
(3)Chocolate Coconut: Was really good at first but started to get tired of it halfway through a 5-pound tub. Still good though.
(4)Cookies and Cream: My kids really liked this one but I just thought it was ok. I would suggest this one for people who struggle with cutting out the sweet treats. I also didn’t care for it mixed with my normal avocado, oatmeal, banana, and mixed frozen fruit.
Those are the flavors I have tried so far. I will continue to buy the Orange 5 pound for a long time. The best tasting protein powder I have ever had. I would like to try the strawberry and banana one day but it’s not in the supplement budget atm. I bet the strawberry is great if it is anything like this orange. I also just want to add that I buy whatever ISO 100 protein that is on sale because the quality has been great in every flavor. It is by far the best price, highest absorbing, And best tasting protein I have ever had by far. Plus low lactose amount is the only reason I can drink whey. Thanks, iso 100!
